Tata Neu Infinity Cashback Confusion

Hi,
I have a Tata Neu Infinity Card I made 3 bill payments on the 21st of June ( 3390), on the 2nd of July (5988), and on the 6th July 1610 rs
Total 10498
I got Base coin @ 1.5% (166)
but for additional Tata payment, I got only 119 ideally it should be another 358
also UPI payment above 100rs is eligible for 1.5% right?

thanks for the clarification does this work the same way in UPI payment also? and for 1.5% only transactions above 100 is eligible right?

Additional 3.5% are added in neu coins summary at bottom of statement
