Tata Neu Infinity card apply?

I tried to apply for the Tata Neu Infinity card on the app, entered details, but shows as Tata Neu plus card and giving 10 days to get with provisional approval. I don't want this and want the Tata Neu Infinity card, is there a way to physically apply or any other way to apply basis card to card? as I have other credit cards with higher limit.

You can get plus card for now and ask them to upgrade to infinity after few months .

I had applied for it physical application, and it now says not eligible for this product, does it mean only online application and not physical, or I don't meet the eligibility? Can I choose a different HDFC card? anyone has any idea

talk to RM if account holder
