Tata neu card upi adding on App

I had the tata neu card added on the tata neu app for upi transactions to earn the 1%, the App suddenly stopped to work, I reinstalled, and now it continuously asks me to set the upi pin for this card, and when I do and get a successful message, it keeps asking me for the same like an infinite error loop. Any solutions? Thanks

close taty neu card as its useless

any help is aprciated, they are not letting to add any other card, account, nor deleting this card so I can re add, just set upi pin
