(Resolved) Tanishq marked my order as delivered without delivering my order

I had purchased 2 gold coins from tanishq.co.in and they fraudulently marked the order as delivered. There was no out for delivery message, no OTP message, no delivery person came to my doorstep, no call from delivery person nothing. Still they marked the order as delivered. I am running behind them since the past two days but they just keep giving diplomatic assurances that they will look into the matter and that they have escalated the matter but there has been absolutely no progress. Last night they sent me an email to rate your purchase. I have emailed them, called them, chatted with them. It will be great if someone can tell me what else am I supposed to do in such a case?

How to do that?
No delivery partner name as such. I guess it was from tanishq internal team. On Wednesday the status was shown as reached hosur and the next day at 11 am it showed as delivered. I don't even stay in Tamil Nadu. There was no update post that. Just there is delivered at 11 am message in the tracker. There was no out for delivery or OTP message too.
Edit: it's showing sequel logistics. Just checked the tanishq site.
Ohh. Man very scary. Who is the delivery partner, if you received any dispatch message. Please call the delivery partner as well and let them know, if you have one. Both are important if it has to be escalated
It is some sequel logistics it seems. Their tracker was updated in hosur that the product reached hosur and then next day it's marked as delivered. I have done multiple follow ups with tanishq and tata neu and all they have to say is that we have escalated the issue. There was no out for delivery message, no OTP, no one even called me. I just received a message from tanishq that the order has been delivered. I just called sequel logistics ( i didn't even know bout the logistics partner) and they are saying that they are waiting for an update
Edit: they aren't giving any update. I am waiting since the past half an hour.
Since two days passed..,lodge a complaint in Consumer forum.
And keep all screenshots & call recordings.
Delivery guy must have kept it , if he saw tanishq written on package 
.
There is page available online too for consumer customer
Government must bring some kind of law to protect the rights of customers.
Day by day such kind of frauds are increasing.
Sometimes delivery partners are doing fraud.
Sometimes even companies are doing fraud.
Eventually we as a customer has to suffer.
Gold , money etc are costly things .. when you guys will undestand ,
In lieu of saving 5-10 rs .. you guys put 1000 rs in danger .
Raise grievance in consumer forum
