Not sure how recent that is but i used to tip 30-50 usually couple of months ago if i order late night or if i get better prices with coupons and swiggy one etc. Haven't ordered in a while so not sure of additional charges.

Earlier used to order a lot from both Swiggy and zomato, but now best to visit nearby restaurants. only 1 order this year. saving a lot of money

All I can say is don't give them ideas.
And after paying all this, the Swiggy delivery boy demanded we pay him tip. I am ordering a dish for Rs. 300 from a restaurant 1km away and paying 70 Rs. extra. On top, Zomato delivery agents rate customers after we pay almost 50% over and above the bill 😂
In these platforms, they show Rs. 20/30 as the most tipped amount. Are people really tipping that amount?
Also, the joy of bundling in platform fees. So nice of them to make us pay for the privilege of using their platform.
