For the valuations they seek, given the books and likely burn-ratio.. these fresh funds too might taper off in 4-5 years and comparable investors (companies) are available at lower valuations (to invest in).
Thus, may not be the best of choice for investing, unless one wants to remain invested in the sector and in a company above a certain m-cap.
For trading (say: listing gains) it is okay-okay. But again, I would not leverage to apply in such IPOs.
(I would borrow funds, even if for short periods, in the hopes of getting part or full allotment and then selling it for most than the cost of the debt.
I would not do that, for this.)
