What does this means?Joining fee is zero but annual fee showing 500 while below it is mentioned lifetime free.

It's FYF offer and not LTF, check t&c before applying this cc.
Not sure ,am also getting the same offer. How is the card , is it worth it ??
In tnc, it says you'll be eligible for LTF if activation is done within 37 days of issuing the card. I'm also confused if I should apply for the card or not.
I have applied it they will ask before dispatching the card right

It means this can be a scam , so take in written from customer care over official email and complain to RBI ombudman showing it as proof in case something goes wrong
Every chargeable card is being charged in advance of every year so they offering currently is first year free card which means 1st year its free and when 2nd year starts charges applied
or it could be related to annual fee waiver by spending 2 lakh
