Does Swiggy HDFC Credit card gives instant discount(10%) on HDFC sales Card like Flipkart etc?
Also, After getting approval and delivery, Can I Convert it to LTF?

(I already have Business Moneyback and Tata Neu one.)

nope ,they stopped tata neu from 10% discount to so its now useless card -_- ,both tata neu and swiggy do not get 10% discount in major sales
