But for me Genie is not coming out of the bottle. Booked Genie order and waited for an hour but no Genies found and ultimately order was canceled and refunded.

Yes called customer care and rubbed many times but nothing came out. It was my lunch but after a hour i have to go to collect.

Use Uber/Ola Parcel. It is cheap comparatively than genie
