Superpe not refunding the charges and gst

I did a superpe fresh transaction band after charges rs approx 5086 was deducted from my SBI card.
Receiver bank issues error was showing and after 2 days they refunded only the send amount bRs 5000.
Not refunded the charges and tax
Emailed them they replied bill contact through.phone.
No called received and not able to call the numbers provided.
What to do for complete refund?

You need to change your UPI ID/bank account details from Superpe app transaction history, if you get any error like Receiver bank issue error etc.
Superpe is not an actual merchant.
All these apps should be worshiped like God because they are helping so much for credit card to bank. 😜
Bacho ki tarah complaint nahi karte.
Just kidding but you know all other apps like Snapay app etc also deduct MDR Fees for refund amount, if we enter wrong bank details or any problem with our bank payment settlement etc.
