Superpe no refund received

Done transaction of 1014 at morning and 1015 at evening on 4-10-24
But after entering otp app crashed, amount deducted no transaction showing in superpe.
Thought refund will come but transaction billed in SBI.
Contacted superpe via email they replied one agent will call.
Then nothing, emailed them again replied but no reply.
Contacted sbi but no transaction reference I'd, only sms showing transaction is there.
Still nothing happened
What to do for getting refund

Zepto refunded one payment which was done through superyes upi it has still not reversed back how much time it takes for upi reversal

Contact them .. it was happened once for me.. they dont refund or settle until complain.. i was also waiting for auto refund.. neither it was showing in app history
