Hello everyone,
I have a 500 yards of vacant land in a commercial area of Town and is accessible from major roads. I’m looking to develop or utilize for generating income.
I'm exploring ideas for low to moderate investment options that can yield good returns. Does anyone have experience with commercial land development or leasing strategies in similar areas? What trends are currently worth considering?
How to contact banks/companies?
Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

you can build warehouse if it is near a city. Take loan develop the area/construct if demand is high. If demand is not too high then wait for now.
Maybe you can have one of these telecom companies put a tower in a corner of your land and collect a rent. But I think you have to sign a long term lease
