suggestions for soap dispenser that sticks on wall

There is one at Dmart that I sticked to cleaned tiles in b’room and working well for past 1.5yrs. I think it’s d-home brand. Try if you have mart near to you

There's a brand named Dolphy which is just awesome. I've been using it for last 6 years and it is still working perfectly. There are so many cheaper options in the market but if you're looking for guaranteed quality product, then this is the one.
