Suggestion required for a mobile

Hi,
Can you please suggest a mobile within the range of 30k ( =>8gb RAM and 256 gb ROM) with good camera, battery back up and processing speed ( for normal usage and no gaming). I don't want to get those brands which earlier had motherboard or green line issues. Should I wait for some more time or buy in this sale itself. Please suggest. Thank you in advance.
