Go through the bank your company has a tie up.
Some companies allow other banks but you have to directly get a salary account(that has the same benefits of a salary account) with that bank which is not easy.
Hdfc gives free debit card of choice with salary accounts by the way.

For above 50k IDFC
For between 25k to 50k IDFC & Axis Liberty
For below 25k any bank but check they are not charging any charge
