Suggest some good cycle only or cycle +car pump

I have been using a bicycle for years and need to refill the tyres every month or so. At one time I considered buying a pump but that would have cost minimum Rs 500. However, most pumps are Made In China (literally and figuratively) and break down after few uses. I thought it is better to pay Rs 5 to my local cycle shop for refill which is just opposite my house. Just last month he raised the rate to Rs 10. That would still mean 50 refills for 50 months or over 4 years. Fair enough. Better that the money goes to him than Amazon and some Chinese factory owner.
