You will have to extend your budget by a few thousands at least unless you are willing to gamble on the Fitbit Charge 6 not dying soon after the warranty period ends (display goes black due to faulty software updates). One of it's variants goes on sale for ~10k quite frequently. GPS tracking is sub-par. Battery life is very good and can extend upto a week with active use.
Otherwise Huawei GT 5. It was available for Rs 14k during October sales. Not sure about the warranty and aftersales service. Very good in terms of accuracy of health tracking parameters barring Sleep Stages monitoring. GPS tracking is much improved compared to it's predecessors. Battery life will is excellent ranging from 6-10 days.
Pixel Watch 2 is better in every aspect but crucially it's battery life while much improved compared to it's predecessor is still pretty short at around 1.5 days. It cannot be repaired and Google's aftersales coverage despite the recent expansion leaves much to be done.
