Suggest Any Camera/handycam for videos around 20k

I am looking for a video camera for traveling and also want to have decent quality during night and indoors. 

Earlier I was considering Go Pro Hero 11 but that has poor indoor and perform really bad in low lights.

Please suggest any video cameras tat are fit in the pocket with decent battery and image quality 


Not sure but log time back Sony/JVC has good handycam in 20k price but now those kind of handycam not available.
