Suggest a card with low fees / free amc for international lounge access outside India

I am looking for a cheap card like fees below 500 inr or free with international lounge access. Please suggest any. I had come across PNB rupay select and Rupay platinum but they haven't mentioned how many visits per year for int'l lounge access outside India.
