suggession regarding e-scooter for rapido/ola/swiggy

Hey dimers, kindly suggest your advice.
One of my relative needs e-scooter (chetak/hero Vida) for rapido bike service.. currently the bike he is using cost 100rps/65km usage, per day petrol burns 140/170 rps..

# Is it a good idea to used e-bike for this purpose , can he recover his money and earn profit from this (coz e-scooter cost1lakh)
# General for that purpose swiggy/rapido high mileage petrol bike is used all where , can e-bike handle this (running approx 100km per day with 2 people) ?
# any other senerio regarding this , plzz tell
