I am also having allergic rhinitis for the past 10+ years bro. First thought my excessive sneezing was due to cold but later recognised the exact issue. Luckily I'm not having much problem during summer but winters are hell for me. Waking up with a striking 8-10 sneezes, clogged nose, itchy and watery eyes, skin redness etc can't live even one day without Levocetirizine. It's the ultimate remedy for me. But it comes with dizziness which is worse. Avoid dust and pollens and wear a clean mask whenever stepping out of home. Most of my friends and relatives mock me by saying are u still scared of corona? Without knowing my exact issue take hot water inhalation every night. Find out which food is causing the issue and completely avoid those and cold items. Nasal sprays and inhalers can be taken by doctors advice. Do breathing exercises. Install breathfree app by cipla. We should learn to live with it. May God keep you healthy!
Try Fexofenadine instead of LC after discussing with your doctor. No drowsiness at all(personally exp. as well). I don't understand why this 2.5 decade old drug isn't more in use in India. So glad to be not needing LC anymore.
Bilastine - Its an effective and relatively new drug. Try finding some experienced specialist and talk to them about it Iwho
But again they'd probably recommend an Allergy Panel which is somewhat controversial. & In the end there is no real cure in traditional allopathic medicine for allergies. Avoiding the allergen and symptomatic treatment seems to be a regular way of dealing.
Maybe try alternate medicine some homeopathy or ayurved or naturopathy.
Ask for Anti histamine injections.
They will prescribe it.
Go to ENT specialist.
You can also try government hospital, unless it's filled with people
i was also having the issue but only during winter my body becomes full itchy and sun light itches body like hell but in summers its okay
A nasal spray helped me. Go for the cheaper ones then super expensive ones. As both worked the same. Also ever increasing air pollution is worsening this problem on many.
I used to have the same issue. Things worked for me.
1. Avoid dark, dusty and damp rooms. Ventilate the room as much as possible.
2. Avoid sleeping under a full speed fan.
3. Avoid milk derivatives at late nights.
4. Get rid of synthetic blankets. I prefer thin cotton bedsheet as blanket.(Thin fibers get struck in your nostrils)
5. Get exposure to sunlight.
Please go with homeopathy if it's not serious issue right now but I m sure it will findout the root cause of problem it's the half solution of the issue
Levocetirizine works for me however I discovered this cough syrup recently and it works best when I combine with LC 😅
I discovered this accidentally after contracting with Swine Flu 🥲🥲
Try Nasomac AF
Do not use more than a Month.
Levocetrizine ( teczine ). Doctor first prescribed with higher MG ( 10MG ) . Then gradually as symptoms ease.. you can slowly reduce dose .. like after 1 month switch to 5mg. If symptoms ease with 5mg.. after another month.. start taking it alternatively.. and so on. I am however able to reduce it to 1 alternate day max.
Cetrizine 10 thrice a day for 5 days, 10 tablets cost rs. 5.5/-
if that doesn't make you better, then visit govt hospital (not private)
You are not supposed to take more than 10mg of cetrizine per day.

An extensive list of combinations are in this article. Please refer to your symptoms, consult with the doctor before consuming for longer periods.
I go with cetirizine combination- zrycold pill.
Apart from allergy symptoms, my wife has acidity/gastric issues as well .
For the last 1-2 years we have been using Montair Fx and other gastric medicines .
He said due to allergies gastric issues also arise, is this true?
Also 2 years back FESS sinus surgery was also done, but not much use.
Basically this combination of Sinus+Allergy+ Acidity sucks
And not sure which is the root cause of the issue. Someone said that sinus/allergy issues were created due to acidity
I had the same issue , I completely stopped milk & milk products for a month other than evening tea and all the issues just vanished. I would advise you to just try the same , before going hard on medicines.
