Hey, any body using meal voucher, like sudexo here?
What are the pros and cons of it?
Do we get offers on Sodexo cards?
Can we only buy food and groceries or can it also be used for petrol and mobile recharges?
Can we transfer it to bank etc.
Any limitations .... 🫣

It is sodexo not sudexo, now they have renamed as pluxee. It can be used to purchase food items, some of supermarkets allow to buy anything using this card..

Its called Pluxee now, not Sodexo or Sudexo 😊
Its useless for taxpayers using New Tax Regime.

I had the Pluxee (formerly Sodexo) - Meal pass card a while back. The major disadvantage was that it was only accepted at very few locations like Reliance Mart/Fresh, Star Bazaar, Swiggy, Zomato. Dmart did not accept that which was a major negative point for me. The local grocery shops did not accept them nor did the restaurants. You only get Rs 2200 or Rs 1100 each month as the credit. Usually the grocery spends are much higher than that in an average household. Another disadvantage is if you don't use the card for 3 months, inactivity fees will be deducted.

Companies don't usually give the Pluxee Multi Benefit Card.

To sum it up: Pluxee card was more of a hassle than a benefit.

I have this dumb card from a long time. previously i had zeta. Zeta was very good they got acquired by so called Sodexo/Pluxee. Now talking about business they are only good with meals and apart from that they suck, customer service is poor, pathetic, disappointment. I also have telecommunications - 12k sitting in that account and unable to make any transaction (recharge my phone) from 2 months. called them several times, multiple tickets raises, they say they escalated but no one gives you any update and there is no way you get to know ticket status. they say it’s now in escalation, escalation team will contact you in 24 hours. they don’t call even after weeks, all lies and bull shits. I am so pissed off that I was not able to recharge phone before the 20% jump in prices in July, had raised tickets 15 days before that and so far it’s been more than a month. They are worst they have not fixed any issue so far and they keep blaming their third party vendors and say it’s not only with you, the issue is with everyone as if trying to console. if the issue is with several users and still they have not fixed issue even after months they it shows the way they do business. Again apart from meals this app sucks.
