I got the card 10 months ago with 185000 limit and have done more than 1.5L transactions in 10 months, but it was a annual fee card , 4 days ago i was looking for hdfc swiggy ltf card but eventually i found out how to make my neu card into ltf...
I mailed them 4 days ago on 4 different email IDs, two days ago i got the mail from 1 id that they are unable to make it convert , but today i got mail from another id that the card has been converted, I'm sharing screenshots of the email IDs i used and from which email id i got it convert...
Thanks again members, now I'm looking for hdfc swiggy ltf card in future if that happens, currently it showing with joining and annual fees...
"Customerservices.cards" is the email id from which i got the mail of successful conversion...

Bro isko tata neu infinity me convert kar lo mail karke as limit is great than 1.5l they will convert!.

How did you asked them ? What is the subject in the email you mentioned?
@prashanth.m1111757 I mailed them, wrote basic things like I'm a valued customer, using ur card for all my financial needs, I have a strong credit history, never missed payments, have spend enough to consider it for ltf, just like that...
Great, but u could have asked for infinity LTF upgrade as ur limit is already above 1.5 lakh.

I am having less than 1.5 lakh limit on my core HDFC cards whereas on other cards I am having more limit. Can I drop them a mail to issue Tata Neu infinity card considering my relationship with them, credit score, credit history, etc. I am already having 2 HDFC cards - 1 core, another co-branded. Please help!
With devaluation kicking in as early as next week... It makes more sense as LTF for the card 😫

Mane bhi 2 din pehle hi mail Kiya hai Aab Aaj hi mail aaya hai ki priority bases pe check kar rhe.
Lagta nahi karenge..
Spends 1lacs + hai but card is 1.5 months old hai.
