Still haven't received the refund amount

Had ordered product online of which delivered wrong item .placed a return pickup for them 1 month ago. I got picked but refund is not happening. Already more than month completed but still haven’t received the refund.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRUAD COMPANY ONLINE.
