Stay away from Sangeetha mobiles if you dont want the mental torture.

Ordered Speaker from their website. Product got delivered and found that one of the speaker is not working properly. I immediately contacted them through mail. Then through phone, but these irresponsible people are not ready to replace product from their side. Instead they want me to take it to service center and they want to me spend time on service for a product which arrived with problems. I will be okay to visit service if I had used product, this is brand new dead product.

I posted review on google maps and they asked me to contact them through instagram,

As per their direction in response I contacted them through Instagram, then they asked me to send them a unboxing video (As if I can go in past and take unboxing video). Issue is one of the speaker tweeter is not working so sound is different in this speaker and the other speaker, I have mentioned all this in the mail which I sent to them before also I mentioned same to multiple customer representatives who where not even ready to understand the issue or help me. I have no idea how to convey speaker sound issue to them through unboxing video. So this is their idea of helping me to replacement. Anyway since I am pretty sure they are not going to do anything I have contacted JBL service center hopefully at-least they honor their customers.

So I visited the JBL service center.
Just when I thought these people cannot reach any lower in service they surprised me. After taking product to the service center, service center guys told me that Sangeetha didn't add serial number to the invoice. So I again called them and their response send an email to the customer support email and then wait 24 hours, they cant do anything from their side immediately. So now I have to get the invoice corrected hopefully after 1 week of persistent mental harassment from them and spend another 2 hours in traffic to take it to the service center.

I beg everyone to stay away from them, and avoid this mental torture just because you a purchased a product from them.

i hope you will include location of this particular seller for better precaution of fellow dimers.

Since I have been posting my issues in many places all over internet, some one from Sangeetha Banglore contacted me on 14th December, and assured product will be replaced from their side. He promised to get what ever he said in call to be sent as mail which never happened. Next day someone from Sangeetha called and said the same thing. Anyway I had to contact them again on Monday to know what is going on. Tuesday Bluedart picked up the product from me, and now waiting for the replacement.

Moral of the story so far : Only complaining in public gets issues sorted (Hopefuly) .

If things go well I will never ever again buy from them as total time I have taken to deal with them is more than the amount of the product 😤

Update : On 25th December 2023, Sangeetha mobiles received the product. Around 7.20 pm they called me and asked if I want refund or replacement. I asked for replacement. And asked them to make sure to include serial number in invoice, they agreed to all that and told me they will get back to me with an update.

Then I saw they already sent a mail saying :

As discussed over the call, We are processing your
order for cancellation. Kindly allow us some time and we will update
you once the refund is initiated on the same.

Requesting your understanding and co-operation


I never agreed for refund, and I recorded the call where I was saying I need replacement with proper invoice.
Such a waste of time with these idiots.
