If this system had actually worked, then historically Brahmins should have been the wealthiest caste, as their traditional role was to worship and teach. However, looking at history, we can see that while there were a few wealthy Brahmins, the majority were poor. In fact, there was even a tradition of Brahmins begging and then eating (Viksham dehi). Even this tradition is followed till today during janau sanskar in north india.
As they were expert in all type of pujas. so it's obvious that if there would have any such kind of puja or hawan Brahmins would have performed it the most.
If you worship your skills then your fortune will also go up.
Its all about how true / pure your inner thoughts are ... that will bring clarity and fortune .
I think fortune and love has no relation. May i ask, has you fortune changed by showing love to your father or mother or Girlfriend? These are love for material relation. Similarly on spiritual platform, spiritual love is there. And worship is a way of showing that love.
