no mattress 😌 sleep on ground because mattress gives back pain
Using Foam mattress for a long time. Not an expert in mattress. No knowledge about coir or other kinds of mattress. Shopkeeper ne bola A1 maal ha, to le lia.
If you don't have back pain or other issues, any good mattress will suffice.
Coir mattress is hard but good for air flow & non heating
Foam [good quality] is mostly used.
Spring mattress are premium & high price, provide better support & posture.
Latest is natural latex rubber mattresses but it's highly priced.
Now, pls give some Mattress Counseling fees @homedimer
Coir
Most of the people who mentioned foam aren't using foam as mattress
Used coir for around 4 years, it was (very) hard but never had any backpain or sleep issue.
Now using Springtek's memory foam mattress and it's medium firm and absolutely wonder to sleep on! Can't go back to coir now after sleeping on memory foam
(BUT don't buy those extremely soft mattresses, those are very uncomfortable and will surely give you backpain. Buy medium firm). Coir mattresses are outdated now imo
spring mattresses are worst
@homedimer - I feel that mattress is a highly personal choice. What I feel comfortable, you may not. So do visit local stores and see what suits you. Having said that stay away from spring mattresses and also memory foam ones unless you have a specific requirement.
After using various mattresses over the years I settled on Duroflex Back Magic mattress and I find them very good. No backpain at all.
I am also most comfortable on a duroflex ortho bed bought many years back
They are a bit hard and not the cosy ones that you see in the market.
East or west Coir is the best🔥
Had a coir mattress... Recently changed to 8 inch kurlon spring matress... Bouncy and soft, dint have any issues or back pain...
Spring mattress is best for intense physical activities XD
Spring mattress is good for children to jump and play
Buy re-bonded matresses with some memory foam cushion ..
Those are the best ones...it will not be back pain ..
I have century coir matress bought in 2008 , still using. One king size and one single matress. No pains what so ever. During winter we have to use one side and during summer other side. May be they last for another 3yrs more
Nobody using cotton based ? Rui ke gadde?
Coir mattress better always i believe as foarm and spring heats body during summer seasona
i am using sleep company hard memory foam mattress. it is quite good as it does not sink like hotel mattresses. I took demo from sleep company store before buying.
Mattress is completely personal choice and depend on the brand, variant etc.
I used to use cotton/coir mattress, after 1-2 years there was pothole like body structure formed. Also started getting backpain due to long working hours(ergonomic chair), bought a spring mattress which at the store felt very jumpy or I am swolled by bed, but now I don't feel like good one, back pain reduced significantly.
From last few days using coir mattress (hard), it feels like I am sleeping on stone, but this one also very good, no back pain but I am on different routine, maybe it also has it's part.
Visit a store try them before buying.
Coir is best as per my experience. Memory foam is a big No from my side. Personally i have used memory foam for 6months and didn't fell good. Aisa feel hota hai jaise body bed me ghus gayi hai. Sleep was also restless.
