Spencers Refund Issue

I have ordered some groceries on spencers on 11 th of June but one item worth 99 Rs was undelivered.Since then I have still not received my refund.I paid using Spencers wallet.I have contacted their CC multiple times but still I have not received refund.

Kindly suggest what should I do now.It's already 13 days.
