Spelling Error in mother's itr not matching the PAN card

Last year, we got the PAN card details rectified for my mother, but it is still showing the old incorrect detail in the ITR. For example, surname is 'Sharma,' but in the ITR, it is showing as 'Sahrma.' How can we resolve this issue?

Grievances related in the portal ( as mentioned by you that it's rectified by you earlier ) , with the reference number , someone at the back end definitely takes cognizance...
I strongly recommend that you raise your grievances... Into the portal instead on call...

check in portal , whats showing after login and check into profile tab. if there is correct then revise return otherwise pan data still not recitified.
