Speed post not delivered even after 14 days from Delhi to Bangalore , what can be done?

I have booked Consignment number on 14th October 2023 from Delhi to Bangalore. Already 12 days have passed and it is not yet delivered . When tracking in speed post site it is showing that the product is just moving from Bangalore to Chennai and nothing else and again from Chennai to Bangalore. Not sure why it is going to and fro Chennai . I have already raised the complaint but no one is helping. What can be done ?

Couple of years ago i had a very similar issue that too with a very critical government issued document. I tried to email every NSH possible and also contacted the NSH through phone. In this case i would recommend you to try and get in touch with Chennai NSH on phone. I remember finding it on india post website somewhere along with their respective email

Go to the nearest HPO and ask about the status.
They can check more details than the what available on the public tracking site.
