No solution for this. U can buy a personal sim just for personal use and disable 1st sim card whenever u don't want spam. Most spammers delete ur number from their database if ur number is not reachable/undelivered/unanswered after few attempts.
If someone uses his number then it must be something illegal 🤔

Once I bought BSNL sim from chhatrti seller and he created an airtel merchant account with my number then when I received credit messages I tried login but can't as bcoz of mpin then I reached Airtel on call, Twitter and mail and clearly stated to close this account or block it doesn't belong to me they blocked that account
