Snapdeal: most horrible experience of my life

I had the most horrible experience of my life with snapdeal…..it was the worst mistake of my life when I ordered a valentine day gift for my husband (a pullover) through snapdeal. I never received the product though I was informed that it had been shipped along with the expected date, I kept waiting for the product to arrive for number of days. When I inquired repeatedly at their customer care, I was informed that the product is out of stock……if that was the case why wasnt this information updated on the site, or why was I not informed abt this fact? Valentine day gift is very special for all and snapdeal has played with my emotions …if I knew this was coming, I would have gone and made a physical purchase rather than relying on fake snapdeal…………….HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE…….
