Snapdeal is unprofessional, fraudsters

I ordered a pen from snap deal
It was delayed by their end
Today I received a package from snapdeal which contains an idol of shiva. I fail to understand whether snapdeal is run by bunch of unprofessionals or illiterates???

They are just interested in taking customers money and never delivering the things which were asked

I will suggest never buy anything from snap deal. Its a big headache and they will never listen you.
