Snapdeal is not authorised dealer for some big brand

Note : As per Fossil company Snapdeal is not a authorised dealer of their product and there are several product in which Snapdeal is not authorised dealer it simple mean is there would be any kind of warranty guarantee for any kind of policy in regards of concern company would be not applicable due to an authorised dealer services.

My order was no. JR 1354, when i received this watch it was in running condition but on 24April 2018 at 2120hrs it stopped working now what next to do, more over the worse  Customer service I am facing with snapdeal online shopping, to reach their customer’s care ,I mean it all nonsense,
