Snapdeal Fraud

Placed 2 order on 6th october .
1. 3034156529 – micromax Canvas (Rs 9999).
2. 3039140352 – Ipad mini (Rs 14999)

All paid in advance, for 10 days havnt received the product and any reply from your side.. after chasing with mails, receives message on 18th oct. that my orders were cancelled, not reason nothing, not even a single call.
Received money back for one product after 3-4 days, but for one still fighting, its been 23 days.
At first point, i want my products, those were gift for someone but you guyz ruin it… highly disappointment.
You are reasy to spend million in ads but wont be able to fulfill client order.
What a quality seller you are, wont suggest anyone to buy products from your portals… its clearly a fraud from snapdeal..
Its not my first message to you, its 6th reminder but still no response or no one is there to resolve this issue.
Now I am taking my step forward and going to consumer court.
