Those messages are very erratic and unpredictable. Wait till your statement is generated before complaining unless you have way too much time on your hands (which I suspect most Infinia users don't).

It should be tracked, you should get the points added in a few days.. Just keep a track of existing points, no need to wait till statement generation.
