Hi All,

I am writing to all of you because I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with your company . Here are the details of the transactions i have made with your company :-

I was told that the items will be delivered in 15 working days however it going to be 2 months and am still not sure how soon the items will be delivered. I have called numerous time to the helpdesk and none of the agent have any information regarding the transaction. They promise a call back from the manager and the merchandising team but it never happens . The Manager by the name of Jasmin is horrible and the most arrogant …It would love to give him free lessons to deal with customers. Overall your the service provided by your company suck and to aggravate the frustration of the customers you have a call center placed in Mumbai.

I have worked in GE , HSBC and know the value of customers and good customer service. I did not do much research while placing the order but I would like you to see the number of complaints in regarding your website . I am pretty confident that the numbers are increasing everyday and with customers like me who would use all the communication channels to warn the customers not to use this site. I used my credit card to but the articles and paying 3.9% interest rate on the charge , when I asked your manager to cancel the order , he rudely refused it and said that “your articles will be of no use in our office and hence we cannot cancel the order” , he further said that even if we cancel there will be a cancellation charge of some 3%. Why should a customer pay for for cancellation if you company cannot fulfil the promise.

The staff refuses to transfer the call and promise a call back from the manager which never happens. The manager is so rude and he feels that he owns the company and treats the customers as trash.
I had a similar issue with Kingfisher airlines and sent a mail to the CEO , the issue was resolved within 24 hours and I received a thank you note for honest feedback and a complimentary ticket to anywhere in India.

Though I do not expect anything from your company , as the websites (http://www.mouthshut.com/product-reviews/Shopyo...) , http://www.hifivision.com/general-lounge/22824-..., http://www.desidime.com/stores/shopyourworld/re... full of customer complaints and it is very evident that the management does not want to take action and is just focussed on the number of transaction day. Kindly do note the number of transactions cancelled too and the number of escalations or else it will not be too late that this company will have more customer complaints than transactions in a day ………………..I foresee this company going bankrupt if you DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
