SHOPMANIA FRAUD ON PAYTM ,FLIPKART AND AMAZON PURCHASE

Shopmania.in an online shopping concern made a call on 13.06.2018 that I am a lucky winner of an assured gift selected on the basis of lottery based on my recent shopping on paytm. For this I have to shop at least for Rs. 3000 from their listing. Accordingly I paid Rs. 5500 for a cell phone. On the very next day they informed to pay Rs 11,000 for transit insurance of the TV which they will send to me as gift(which is refundable). I came to understand their motive.I cancelled the deal but they are not refunding the amount informing that the refund process is showing error while my bank authority has found no reason for this.
