Shopclues: The Return Expert

Few days before i ordered a carpet (Size-5.5×7.5),but recieved a different carpet (4×6) So i returned it but they didn’t picked it and gave refund Rs 193.Again I purchased another product of Rs182 which had same issue so i complaint them and told them to picked it up but they rejected and gave refund.They refunded my money told me to keep both products.
What kind of business is this of loss instead they should provide better quality hope for the best
Note : U can try this refund below Rs 200 product because they are lazy to pickup it back
