shocking and worst experience

hello friends.

I would never recommend anyone to buy from koovs.

They delivered my products to someone else and never updated me. When i give call and ask for pickup, they asked me to return the product when i do not have product.

When i talked to their customer care executive, the way they reply is just same message and when i told that i will provide bad reviews, he said no problem.

Have never got such experience with amazon and i would prefer it as best one.
