In India Post You can Expect Empty Parcel (Seen Many such Complaints)
You can use Delhivery.

FedEx is no more accepting parcels.
Bluedart would be my option.
Corporate world is using DTDC service to ship desktops and laptops for their employees.

India post😳😳😳🥺😳
In year 2019 I returned smartphone to Amazon via India post although they returned it Seller but data not updated at India post website,
Amazon was not ready to Refund without it.
I contacted India post regarding it but no help & suggested me go to Bhopal post office where you send parcel.
Luckily I found seller contact no & I requested him please verify via mail that you have received your parcel & same He did it.
If He Denied I will lost 26k.

But now 2 best courier services available at my village: Delhivery & Xpressbees.

I guess this is largely region/area specific. When people say Delhivery is good, and me, someone living in West Bengal/Calcutta can only think what the heck are these guys are even saying! Following is the evidence that Delhivery is a patriotic courier: https://i.imgur.com/js9fO...ng

The above item was a part of a larger order and while all the other items were delivered within 2-3 days from order, that particular one, shipped by beloved Delhivery from Gujarat, took a trip to Telangana, then tried Odisha, before deciding oh let’s finally go to West Bengal. I have been shipping items to buyers (as a seller on various platforms) for nearly 15 years now and never once I have seen anything like this. Classic comedy.

Regarding Postal services, well, as most say, they are unprofessional, simple as that. Tracking is delayed, sometimes never get updated in the end. Even for Speed Post they take at least 4-5 working days and so on. But I have been using them for nearly 6 years now and not once any package has gone missing (sent watches to buyers in US, item value was above 1500 USD), nor anyone reported damaged parcel. But I guess I have remained lucky? I don’t know. I switched to them because DTDC started to rob me off, gradually increasing their charges on different pretexts and it became unbearable for me. The cost of India Post is so low that at the beginning I could not believe it.

Basically what I am saying is I will not only choose India Post over Delhivery in a heartbeat, I would rather choose a donkey delivering the package over Delhivery.

However, for an item like laptop I think it would be better with Fedex (most professional I have come across thus far), even though the cost is high, their excellent service makes up for it. Just remember one thing, main thing is how good you can pack the item. If you pack it solidly, then you can go ahead with most couriers. They all will handle the package poorly, it’s your packing which will matter in the end.

one time i won a music CD straight from australia and so there were stamp of australian post and indian custom

thoese greedy thought as is this is some international gold and tore the envelope , as a child i found it very bad if someoen else tore the gift package

dont trust them even now they just threw aadhar card at ground floor like garbage instead of doorstep delievery the excuse there is some old guy ,at the very least he cud had handed over to my neighbour or seurity guard instead of throwing near where garbage van pickup stuff

If BlueDart serves that pincode, look no further…Otherwise DTDC…I used Blue Dart many times for shipping electronics without any issues…You should pay a little more for insurance also when you are booking the shipment & mention the full cost of the laptop on the shipping docs…In case, it comes damaged or stolen, you can claim the insurance so don’t ignore that part while booking the parcel…
