ShareKhan account reactivation ?

U have to do rekyc and they will activate it

Sharekhan trading Account if remains Idle after account opening due to no trading activity for a definite period of time by trading account holders, then the account will become dormant account

This does not mean that you can no longer use the account. To re-use , You can request reactivation and have your account activated

The account reactivation process may require you to re submit your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents as mentioned by you  by providing necessary KYC documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, bank statement, etc.

Sometimes the account reactivation process requires you to pay the chargeable reactivation fee along with Demat Account AMC / Annual Maintenance Charges (most likely Rs 400) if any 

Client accounts will be identified as In-active/Dormant on a monthly basis

Now for ShareKhan Account reactivation

You can connect with your RM also in case you have one 

Once the process of Re-KYC  is completed again the same will be updated to you and generally all this follow up is done in 48 hours till the issue is resolved

Got a mail that

This is to inform you that your request for unlocking “Dormancy” for customer ID xxxx has been submitted successfully. Status of the same will be updated within 48 working hours.

Contact your RM/Branch if the account is inactive even after 48 hours.
