- All you need is to hold 1 share of the company, and discount coupons are sent by the company every year via registered email.
- Do you know of any companies/brands that offer such coupons?
- Do you own shares of any such companies? If yes, have you ever utilised them?
- If you have utilised them, are these discounts over and above the existing offers?
Here are some companies that offer such coupons every year :
- Bata India: 20% Discount coupon on its footwear range.
- Raymond: 15% discount on its textile items and apparel.
- Indian Hotels Company Ltd offers a 25% discount on hotel services to its shareholders.
- Titan offers 10% discount on all Titan products including Tanishq, fastrack, Skinn.
- Similarly, Reliance offers its shareholders 15% discount on treatment at their hospital in Mumbai. (H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital)
- Trident gives its shareholders a 25% discount on all home textile items.
- Restaurant Brand Asia gives its shareholders a special 50% discount coupon.
My experience - Have used Bata and Titan coupons in store and both of them had discounts applicable over and above the ongoing offers. Never tried online.

It was great when 90s kids had to buy shoes and there were not many footwear brands to choose from 
You just need to mention that you are a shareholder and would like to utilise your discount coupons before billing at any given store of the brand.

I received IHCL offer vouchers a couple of days back.. Now I am going to a club with GVs received on Amex.. so easily free stay at Taj Also we get 25% voucher for dining, can be used 10 times during the year (cherry on Top)
