Can you guys please let me know the process for availing railway lounge access and eligible credit/debit cards. I am planning to avail this week at Madurai railway station, so can you guys please share you experience?
Not sure about the Madurai, But used at Delhi and Ahmedabad. It was pretty simple as the Airport Lounge.
Swipe the card/show the QR generated on the Dreamfolks. Sometimes they do ask for the ticket sometime not so depends on the staff and location.
Food is OK OK. Same as what we get inside the train. But again depends on the location.

I have used irctc lounge with ICICI mmt and coral credit card at new Delhi railway station.it was a nice experience away from crowded waiting area with good food.
There is no spend criteria on coral for railway lounge access, right ?
Used coral rupay at Chennai lounge around 8 AM. Max stay 3 hours. Bath is chargeable & not included and toiletries kit will be given if opted. Food is free and to be consumed in dining area only, cannot be taken to waiting area. Waiting area have good seating arrangements with newspapers. PNR Num+ Id Num Mandatory, they won't verify, just number will be sufficient.
Food has Idly, vada, poori, pongal, aloo sabji+sambar+chutney sandwich, cut fruits, juice, coffee, tea, cornflakes/chocos+milk. Taste is definitely better than Chennai dom airport lounge. I visited on Sunday and hardly 5-8 people are available.
Used idfc select credit card last weekend at Madurai railway station. Process is smooth. Max 2 hrs allowed. Free food is good(jeera rice, lemon rice, tomato rice, roti, dal sabji, sambar, sweet, curd, 2 curries). Thanks everyone for sharing the details

I used idfc wealth at Chennai lounge. Swipe the card at the reception area share your ID proof and PNR number with them. Food is ok ok
As such, I would advise against utilizing the lounge access benefit in Varanasi. In contrast, the lounge facilities in Delhi are superior in every aspect and offer a more professional and comfortable environment.
