As a first, I'm starting (unlike most here)...
A petty cheap 6-7yrs old mobo H110 (6th gen) from gigabyte... thought it could run a 9th gen K series unlocked CPU?
Well, I did (and it's easy if you know how to) without any CPU pin-mods...

Well both were socket 1151 so pin mod wasn't required but booting such a hack is one thing & running a stable system on it is altogether a different thing.
