MY EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A NEW TV FROM FLIPKART IS COMPLETE DISASTER :
First, they said it will be delivered by the 10th of August, not delivered. I called them and they said it will be by 20th August. Nothing happened, called them again now it’s for 24 hours wait time I had. So they crossed 22nd August I have not got my TV yet. Now again I called in on 23rd again got the time of 24 hours to get my TV. After that, I was so tired to call them again and again and get the same time of 24 hours. So I called them after a few days on the 27th. NOW another story starts from them. s from them. om them. m them. them. starts from them. . . m. em. ing. I registered a complaint with FLIPKART AND VU both they logged the complaint and promised me a replacement of the same product by next week. Now the story starts of this so-called LOCAL BRAND CUSTOMER SERVICE, an Engineer came to make me fool or possibly buy time from me. He checked the same and I was promised to get the replacement of the same product within a week. Nothing happened. I kept them calling with my complaint id “ IN20081012582600298559” and they kept telling me that it’s in transit and after it came to the last stop of their transit HUB in NCR/NOIDA. They stopped answering me. when I try to reach them they kept making me FOOL or when asking with loud words they will disconnect the call, rather they can say anytime that you are being abusive or loud and disconnect so that they do have to answer.

As per them the current complaint resolution has passed and they need to close the current complaint to be able to create a new complaint all over again. Now they have created another complaint ID and that needs to be processed which according to them will take 24 hours minimum (Maximum only GOD Knows) . I am scared that I will be going through the same process and wasting my another month to recover my TV. I am tired and in agony like hell.
Now its been more than a Month and I am being fished as a customer who has paid all the cost for the TV and not received one. I would request everyone please stop buying LOCAL products or from FLIPKART. They are only LOOTING people and on the name of SERVICE they will only FOOL you around.
DON’T BE VOCAL FOR LOCAL. (In my Case)

Ask them to cancel, why to loose peace for undelivered TV

Did you buy from flipkart assured seller? Why don’t you simply cancel the order?
