Sells used/second-hand products

Flipkart has proved that it’s a fraud company. They have sent another used/second-hand product in the name of replacement so that they won’t have to refund the amount. It’s been almost a month and the issue is still not resolved. Flipkart doesn’t care about customer’s money. They care about their own. They keep sending used products.
