Orange labs is good, i did couple of tests with them in past (all.home.collection), they provide reposrts quite fast.
They claim that the sample directly reaches to their lab hence they are fast unlike other which have collection centre where the phelebotomist(fromm different areas) first take sample and give to collection centre then it goes to.lab hence create delay and degradation to the sample, khair marketing tactics may be

Recently when i asked my aggregator to get my sample tested with orange then she told me that their tie up is ended with them as some issues regarding reports were observed ,maybe they are saying to due tieup ended.
.. conclusion - never had issue with them.
Had issue with redclif (when they provided reposrts after 3 days, lal path labs when they told me to give sample again as the current one goes corrupted, no issues with orangs, tata1mg, pharmeasy)
