Scamkart canceled my order without my consent

Yesterday, I ordered the ₹81k worth samsung galaxy book 3 i7 13th Gen at 30k. Ordered was placed successfully, even packed by seller. It got shipped even Yesterday but today before reaching to my home, Flipkart cancelled It by stating that your order has been canceled due to Quality inspection, you can however place the fresh order. Haven't they checked it before packing it ? Haven't they checked it before shipping it?

It was inch closer to my home and suddenly got the refund message. Any way to get my laptop? I've filed an case in National consumer and planning to move it to the court. Why did they show me discounted price firstly? And most importantly, they shouldn't accept such orders. I paid the amount in advance along with convenience fee and secure packaging fee. Enough is enough! I won't entertain such cheap tactics by Flipkart. If it was the USA or Japan or Europe, then these companies would have already delivered the product.

Any lawer or advocate here who can guide me how to fight to them legally? I won't let it go easily this time. I just want my product as i have already paid for this. They don't even want to provide me a compensation or sort of something like that. Please help me if anyone knows the legal procedures.

I got my laptop whose price increased 8000 in February after complaining to consumer forum.

Flipkart told me that my laptop went to some other pincode and please take 500 compensation and place new order. I refused and complaint in consumer forum and got my laptop 3 days later.

If they don't provide good reply. Then move to district consumer forum..

They will eventually give you laptop or refund + compensation.

You have to just put some effort.

whenever you order any loot deal, don't wait for home delivery. As soon as it enters your city go to warehouse and collect it from there.

Maybe (via e-mail) ask their escalations to send you the legal address of the seller or at-least the company that manages flipkart dot com.

Get some lawyer friend to draft a letter or if you are aware of the nuances then intimate the seller and the platform that you are pursuing the matter with the consumer protection mechanism (district forum).

Unfortunately even Amazon is known to retrospectively change the entries in the tracking logs, hence no proper way to prove that the merchandise status had initially shown as ahipped.
(Portals will deny sharing the internal logs with even the consumer forum).

The case will stand in your favour though, on merits alone.. provided you yourselves or someone representing you can argue the case properly even if the bench or judges are a bit dumb (which isn't entirely unheard of).

Luckily the state level forum (consumer court) are often better.

You can pursue this but scamkart always has some T&C which allows them to cancel the order anytime. If you intimidate them your are going through the issue you would be given compensatory fk vouchers

So it seems Flipkart listed the product at wrong price, but they realised their mistake and cancelled your order. I think it's in their terms & conditions that they can cancel orders at any point and time before final delivery.

All you can sue them is for causing you mental anguish.

Mine is also cancelled after it reached Thane. It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Customer care said it was cancelled by the seller as it was listed at an incorrect price.

Happened with me last year when I ordered insta 360 x3 at discounted price of 38k. These fuckers cancelled my order after 7 days saying they didn't want me to keep waiting.
