What is the ASC Policy? Someone please explain:-
"Returns for missing items, product damaged on delivery or wrong product delivery will not be accepted if it is Open Box Delivery order."
I am thinking to purchase "Infinix GT 20 Pro" mobile.
If i recieved any wrong product or damaged product whom i have to contact Flipkart or Infinix service center??

If the product is wrong/damaged you can reject at time of delivery. Once delivery accepted you can't return.
